$900 Basic Doula Package
◾ Two prenatal visits which include educational and emotional support. Additionally, I will help you with writing a birth preference plan. We will discuss, in advance, the choices you are entitled to during labor and delivery, and ensure that you have a good plan in place for your postpartum period. We will also review options you have for post-birth care for your newborn. I also provide resources and bridge the gap with referrals to local providers as needed and desired. These sessions are catered to what you need. Optional: Attendance at 1 prenatal appointment with your care provider in place of 1 prenatal visit.
◾Once our contract is signed , you’ll receive a copy of my Pink Book “Preparing for Birth”, which will serve as a “bible” of sorts during our journey!
◾ Open availability through text, email, or phone calls for questions and encouragement as needed during pregnancy until 12 weeks postpartum.
◾ On Call 24/7 beginning two weeks before your estimated due date until birth and two weeks afterward.
◾ Continuous support throughout your labor and birth until parents and baby are settled. I’ve received specific training to help the birthing person throughout labor to assist with continuous progression through a series of positional movements. I also utilize a traditional Mexican Rebozo in different ways to add to comfort measures. If desired, I prefer to show the birthing person’s partner a lot of these methods to aid to them working as a team throughout labor. I believe in honoring of the “Golden Hour” for baby and parents to bond. If desired, I will assist/observe mother and baby’s first latch and provide basic lactation support. I will assist birthing person or partner in establishing proper skin-to-skin with baby.
◾ One in-home postpartum visit with lactation support, to answer questions, talk through your birth experience & check-in on where you are in recovery. I’ll assist in any way needed to make you feel more supported be it light housework, cooking a meal, watching the baby or older siblings while you nap or run errands. (This visit is up to 2 hours. $20 per 30 minutes thereafter).

◾Online “Prepared Feeding” Lactation course! 2+ hours of invaluable info from an IBCLC. This course will be a major key to your success in your breastfeeding journey!
◾Online meditation sessions by Certified Hypnotherapist: 11 sessions which you have access to for 9 months OR 2 Additional postpartum hours
◾ Six hours postpartum doula (mother’s helper support) (redeemable in 1 or 2 blocks of time): these times can include cooking meals for your family, laundry and chores that need to be completed, help with nursing, tending to your baby while you REST, running errands for you, care for other children, non-medical tasks that are needed to support you after the birth of your baby, etc. This time is for you to feel supported and relieve some of the stresses that the immediate postpartum period may present.
